The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test UG result soon. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their NEET markssheet online at the official website: neet.nta.nic.in.
According to the latest updates, NTA has released the provisional NEET answer key for those who appeared for medical entrance exam on June 6 in Manipur and 10 other cities. Candidates can raise challenges till 4 pm by today.
With the release of the answer key for Manipur candidates, it can be expected that the NEET result can be announced by this week. The NTA assured the parliamentary committee that results will be released latest by June second week. According to the the previous years’ trends, NTA declares NEET 2023 results, within a few days after the closure of the provisional answer key objection window.
Along with the NEET result, NTA will announce the names of all India toppers and category-wise cut-off marks and percentile ranks. NTA will mention subject-wise marks, all India ranks and other information on scorecards. This year, a total of 20,87,449 candidates registered for the NEET UG exam conducted on May 7, out of which NTA recorded 97.7% attendance and the re-exam was conducted for nearly 8,700 candidates.
Once the NEET UG results 2023 are declared, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will be conducting the NEET UG counselling 2023 for 15% All India Quota and 85% state quota based on the ranks. This year, the NEET UG 2023 exam was held on May 7, 2023, in pen and paper-based mode.
