Provide independent specialist advice and guidance to the management team at the-point-of-need and advice on best management and operational practices resulting in scientific customer centric practices at high level.
Introduce and implement innovative customer service idea’s and concepts which are in line with local standards as well as universal best practices to achieve highest customer satisfaction

We are partnering with a government entity in the United Arab Emirates looking to fill this position of Senior Specialist Public Transportation (Consultant) that is expanding their market share in the country and known for their high quality standards.
Description of Public Transportation (Consultant)
* Advice and help in formulating Customer Service strategies / operational plans for each of the sections in line with our clients strategies and universal best practices.
* Provide professional advice, guidance, and recommendations on all aspects of the project.
* Advice in the development of the validity and effectiveness of customer service projects and its value impact for customers, evaluate and recommend specific adjustments during the implementation to satisfy project and customer needs.
* Identify change requirements, and recommend action plans and solutions to senior management team.
* Oversee the current frameworks related to services and whether they are covering all aspects of business needs.
* Develop project objectives, monitor project schedules and milestones, track project performance, and set KPI’s.
* Lead the project team for successful execution of the projects and also provide monthly update against all projects related to customer insights

Requirements
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration from a recognized university is preferred.
